GM Part # 14048867 Bellhousing
This used GM 153 tooth flywheel clutch housing that was used on 1984-88 Corvettes.

This bellhousing has been cleaned inspected, and the treaded holes were chased.

On this particular housing the four 1/2"-13 transmission to housing threads are excellent. The four 1/4"-20 inspection plate holes are excellent. The two hydraulic cylinder mounting holes have pulled threads. This is typical of these bellhousings, I have removed factory slave cylinders and this was the case.

If you are buying this clutch housing to use with a hydraulic slave cylinder the M8 x 1.5 threaded holes will need to be repaired (Heli-coiled).

This bellhousing can be used on 78-81 A and 82-88 G bodies with a GM part #14066235 Fork, in place of the hard to find GM #462606 and it's fork.
