These are sometimes called inspection covers or dust shields. This part number fits most 153 tooth (10 1/2"factory clutch) bells and is the replacement for a myriad of other part numbers.
This particular part comes with original stickers and may have shelf wear (Scratches), as they didn't come in a protective wrapper.

For an OEM look and for protection the stickers should be removed and the cover should be painted.

This inspection plate is for 2 piece rear main seal engines. For use on 1 piece rear main seal engines you may need to modify this plate to fit.
