New Old Stock GM Part # 3734908 Starter Shield
This new never installed shield, is used as the starter shield of two piece inspection cover sets. It is the correct replacement part for most early style, Chevrolet V-8 aluminum and cast iron bellhousings. It fits the truck style housings (Casting # 3925505 and #3815891) perfectly. When used on the car bellhousings, you may want to trim the "hump" on the drivers side. Some of these have slight scratches from being stacked on a shelf (See last Picture).
