General Motors Part # 3739043 Clutch Release Fork

GM's "043" Clutch Release Fork fits both Passenger
cars and Corvettes.

Length
This lever is approximately 9 1/2" from, tip of
release bearing end to center of the lower push rod
retaining pin hole.

N.O.S Part # 3739043 Fork
All pictures, measurements and descriptions are
from a New Old Stock lever I have.

Arch
The arch is approximately 1 1/2" at it's highest spot.

Slot Measurements
There is a 1/2" x 1/8" slot for the return spring,
and a 1"x 1/4" slot for lower push rod clearance.

Retaining Spring
Fork retaining spring is standard Part # 3849698

NOTE 1: when using on 1955-56 models it is necessary to use 3739045 push rod (0.787),3764588 swivel (0.787),3738054 pin (0.787),cotter pin and spring.
