isn't felt, it fells more like a scotch-brite pad.
Measurements
This nearly over 50 year old part is still close to
the size listed in the parts books, 2 1/2" outside
diameter, with a 1/2" center hole.
Thickness
This old part is about 3/16" thick, and still fits
tight in its retainer.
