1968-72 A Body Steering Column Lower Cover Assembly for Manual Transmission.
Very nice reproduction of GM part numbers 401946 (inner cover) and 401949 (outer cover).
The outer cover has the holes for mounting the firewall clutch rod boot and clamps to the steering column at the floor.
