This is a NOS, NEW, CAD PLATED

stamped 3138, complete with Patent Numbers.

Virgin with no date codes, you date code as needed.

NOTE This is totally machined ready for use EXCEPT it does not have the small

weep hole drilled in yet.

This is proper for Chevrolet, Buick, Olds, Pontiac, FORD and AMC

OEM HURST assembly line builds thru 1970 (1971 went to black phosphate).
